Join us for weekly meditation sessions to reconnect to our inner peace & virtues of courage, self-respect, trust & love.

These 30-minute sessions will include mindful movement, an informative
talk, a group meditation & creative activity to inspire the heart & soul.
A beautiful experience for both children & adults.

      Hi Linda, yes this is happening every Saturday for the whole Market Season. This week is exploring the benefits of both Hatha (Science of the Body) and Raja Yoga (Science of the Mind). Please bring your Yoga mat or we will have a couple to use as well.
